Returns Policy
Aphid Free Biopesticides Pty Ltd
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Customers may return any Aphid Free Biopesticides product within 90 days from the original purchase date, provided that:
- The product has not been used.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The product is in a resalable condition with no signs of tampering, damage, or contamination.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, regulatory, and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially used.
- Products with damaged packaging or missing components.
- Products returned after 90 days from the purchase date.
- Products not purchased directly from Aphid Free Biopesticides Pty Ltd or our authorised retail partners.
3. Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns. Acceptable forms include:
- Original receipt
- Order confirmation email
- Invoice
- Takealot/Makro order record or retailer-issued proof of purchase
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team at support@aphidfree.co.za with your order details.
- Our team will verify eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Once the product is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
6. Exchanges
If preferred, customers may request an exchange for another Aphid Free Biopesticides product of equal value, subject to stock availability.
7. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped), Aphid Free Biopesticides Pty Ltd will cover all return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after assessing the issue.
